Returns & Exchanges

At the moment, we do not offer returns on any of our products.

We do offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery, subject to availability.

You may request an exchange in the following cases:

  • If you need a different size, or
  • If you do not like the product, even if the size fits correctly

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags must be intact
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

Exchange Process

If you would like to exchange your order, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order at andyoubyaanchal@gmail.com.

Once we confirm availability of the requested product/size:

  • We will arrange a pickup through our logistics partner, or
  • You may choose to self-ship the product to us for a faster process

Please note: Pickup timelines may vary as they are handled by third-party logistics partners.


Shipping Charges

  • Reverse shipping costs (returning the product to us) will be borne by the customer
  • We will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged product back to you

Quality Check & Approval

Once we receive the product, it will undergo a quality check. If the item meets our exchange criteria, we will dispatch the requested product/size.

If the product does not pass the quality check, the exchange request may be declined and the item will be returned to you.


Unavailable Product / Size

If the requested product or size is not available:

  • A credit note will be issued
  • The credit note will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue
  • It can be used for any purchase on our website

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images/videos of the issue

We will review the case and provide a suitable resolution.


Order Cancellation & Refunds

  • All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once placed
  • We do not offer refunds on any purchases
